Guzzelers delivers Regular 87 gasoline to your parked vehicle within our service area during posted hours. Arrival windows are estimates.

The fuel price shown at checkout is an estimate. We place a temporary hold on your card and charge the final amount based on the gallons actually pumped. Delivery fees, extended-area fees, and add-on services are not refunded automatically once the trip is made.

Make sure the gas cap is accessible, the vehicle is at the address and matches the photo and details you provided, and it is safe and legal for us to fuel it there.

Guzzelers+ is billed on the day you sign up for the membership and renews automatically every 30 days from that date until canceled. Your four included deliveries reset each 30-day billing period and unused deliveries do not roll over to the next one. No services, promos, discounts, credits or other perks may be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment, except where we deem an alternative appropriate for the situation.

Where a mistake, error or accident happens on an order — a wrong figure at the pump, a misapplied fee, an add-on we didn't get to — we will in good faith make reasonable efforts to correct or address it. Reasonable time and communication, fact-finding and general admin time should be given to both the customer and the business so these issues can be resolved appropriately.

You give us the right to try and resolve any issue you or the business may have first. Contact kw@guzzelers.com with the order details and what went wrong, and we will investigate and respond before the matter is escalated elsewhere, such as through a card dispute or chargeback. Your normal payment-network and legal options remain available if we can't settle it between us.

You can cancel Guzzelers+ anytime from your Account page. Before canceling we'll ask what went wrong and give you the chance to let us resolve it. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the 30-day period you already paid for and won't renew; partial periods aren't refunded. If we can't complete a delivery because of access issues, the delivery fee may still apply.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, to the extent allowed by law.
